1. General Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all products, services, games, and features accessible through the 155bet platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, jackpot games, and any promotional or bonus programmes operated by 155bet. These Terms apply in full to every registered account holder and to any person who accesses or browses the 155bet platform, regardless of whether that person has created an account.

1.2 Governing Language

The governing language of these Terms is English. 155bet may make informational materials available in other formats or languages for convenience, but in the event of any inconsistency or dispute, the English version of these Terms shall take precedence.

1.3 Amendments

155bet reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 155bet will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 155bet platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 155bet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 155bet with respect to the use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a 155bet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties).
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a 155bet account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 155bet account at any given time. Opening, operating, or knowingly benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 155bet reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold or reclaim any bonus funds credited to those accounts. Legitimate real-money balances deposited by the player will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Bangladeshi mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, KYC failure, and inability to process withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 155bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 155bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.2 KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal request — and at any point during your use of the platform at 155bet's discretion — you may be required to submit one or more of the following identity documents:

3.4 Underage Gambling

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Transaction Limits

155bet may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits at the account level, the payment method level, or the product level. 4.6 Rejected Transactions

5. Bonus Terms & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

155bet offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and reward programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which will include the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where relevant for sports betting free bets), time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 155bet account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or in some cases the combined deposit plus bonus amount) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) and are clearly disclosed before a player opts in to any bonus. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution rates are published within the specific promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet all eligibility criteria at the time of opt-in. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. 5.5 Withdrawal of Real-Money Balance

Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance on their 155bet account, real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing conditions, without forfeiting the bonus balance. However, withdrawing the real-money balance before bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the outstanding bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings being voided automatically.

6. User Obligations

6.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the 155bet platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You confirm that all funds deposited into your 155bet account originate from legitimate sources and that you are not using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

6.2 Accurate Representation

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, age, location, or financial circumstances at any time. You agree to update your account details promptly if any registered information changes, including your mobile number, email address, or residential address.

6.3 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to use the 155bet platform responsibly and within your personal financial means. 6.4 Device and Network Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access 155bet are free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. 155bet will not be held liable for losses arising from compromised devices or network interception that is outside the platform's control.

6.5 Communication

By registering a 155bet account, you consent to receiving transactional communications from 155bet — including account confirmations, deposit and withdrawal notifications, KYC requests, and security alerts — to the email address and mobile number registered on your account. 7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 155bet platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Accessing the 155bet platform using automated bots, scripts, or software that simulates human interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or reported error are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing 155bet accounts.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with 155bet staff or other users of the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to bypass geographical restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the 155bet platform.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activity

Where 155bet determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity listed above, 155bet may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the account; (b) void any pending bets or outstanding bonus balances; (c) withhold withdrawal of the account balance pending full investigation; and (d) refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where the activity involves suspected criminal conduct.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 155bet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, 155bet will verify your identity, settle any outstanding bets, and process any pending withdrawal of real-money balance to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and any associated wagering requirements will be voided upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is no longer purely recreational may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. 155bet reserves the right to suspend an account with immediate effect where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation; (b) a fraud or security alert has been triggered by the account's activity; (c) KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe; (d) the account has been inactive for an extended period without prior communication; or (e) required by applicable law or in cooperation with a lawful authority.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying any inactivity policy, 155bet will notify the account holder via their registered email address. Players are encouraged to maintain accurate email contact details to ensure they receive all account communications in a timely manner.

8.5 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, requested via self-exclusion, or imposed by 155bet — access to the platform will cease immediately. Any real-money balance will be reviewed and, subject to satisfactory KYC and the absence of any fraud or bonus-abuse investigation, returned to the player via their last verified payment method. 155bet will retain transaction records and account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

8.6 Disputes
